is it spring yet? here’s a little fruity boost to help you escape the winter blahs. fresh pineapple, fresh strawberries and some kitchen staple ingredients are all you need to feel like you’re lounging on a sunny beach with a fruity drink in-hand… ok, not quite, but we can pretend. :)
blend well:
– 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
– 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped, stems removed)
– 1.5 cups low-fat organic plain yogurt
– 1/3 cup skim or 1% milk
– 1 tsp honey
Mmm…that looks so good and refreshing! Think I’ll make a smoothie for breakfast this morning. :)
