blend well:
- 1 fresh mango, peeled & chopped into chunks
- 1 ripe banana, sliced into chunks
- 1.5 cups low-fat organic plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup skim or 1% milk
- 1/2 cup mixed berry green tea
- 1 teaspoon honey
